The Founding Member cohort works best for InsureTechs that are post-MVP, market-mapped, and ready to act on warm introductions — not for teams still validating their product.

Run through these four questions first.

1. Are you post-MVP with a live product in Malaysia, Singapore or Saudi Arabia? TIC’s deliverables — listing, profile, EDM, partner meetings — are built to convert attention into pipeline. That only works once you have something concrete for a partner to evaluate.

2. Does your solution map cleanly to one category? AI for Insurance, Operations, Distribution, or Customer Engagement. If you can’t answer this in one sentence, your profile won’t land with the right audience either.

3. Can you resource onboarding? TIC builds your profile and EDM content with your team — that needs a point of contact who can turn around copy and assets within the onboarding window, not just sign the application.

4. Are you ready to take the meetings, not just collect the introductions? Your first introductions begin within 90 days of onboarding — but they only pay off if someone on your side follows up quickly and prepared.

This isn’t a one-way filter — robust vetting protects you as much as it protects the partners you’re introduced to.
